Currently, we provide FREE shipping to most of countries in the world, that is US, UK, EU, AU, CA, RUS. But we cannot ship to some areas in some countries. For US, we can’t ship to Hawaii, Las Vegas. For EU, we can’t ship to countries like Cyprus and Malta.

Shipping Time

In-stock orders typically ship the next business day. In the rare cases, there may be a slight delay in shipment, and you do not receive your order within 15 business days, feel free to contact us at sales@unitpackpower.com.

Order Tracking

You can track your order and shipping & handling information on your account if you have registered one on unitpackpower.com. If you haven’t registered on our site, you can also track your order here with your order number. For more shipping information, send an email to sales@unitpackpower.com. We will get back to you whithin 24 hours.

If you haven’t received the battery, however, the logistics order shows the goods have been signed. Under this situation, please contact us in 3 business days. Otherwise, after 3 working days, we will no longer deal with this issue, and customers need to contact the corresponding logistics company to solve this issue.

Shipping Methods

We provide local FedEx, UPS, USPS, TNT, DPD, DHL Express, EMS, CA Post, AU Post and China Post shipping services to send packages to customers around the world.

  • In general, we will not be responsible for carrier delays or other transportation delays caused by epidemics, holidays, weather conditions, customs inspections, etc., or other reasons beyond our control.
  • Please make sure you have the correct address at checkout – we cannot cancel the order or change the shipping address once the product has been sent. You can request a return or exchange (through our carrier or another carrier of your own choosing) within 30 days from the date of purchase.

In case of Unforeseen Circumstances

In the case of unforeseen circumstances beyond our reasonable control (for example, adverse weather conditions, unpredictable delays caused by traffic congestion, road works, diversions or mechanical breakdowns, unforeseen production delays, delays caused by third-party suppliers, in each case to the extent beyond our reasonable control) we may not be able to deliver the goods within these timescales and we will not be liable for any delay or failure to deliver the goods if the delay or failure is wholly or partly caused by such circumstances. If a timely delivery does not take place, an alternative delivery date will be given. Special circumstances such as a high volume of orders, new product releases, or restock days may also lead to longer shipping times. If this is the case, we will note it on the product page and send a follow-up reminder via email.
